Emanuel is the Founder of European American Investment Group (EAIG) and Founder and CEO of the award-winning company Westfield Development which is revolutionising the real estate market in Romania by blending the comfort of a US suburb with the strong sense of community found in most European cities.
Emanuel is also the President of GiveFirst Foundation which aims to catalyse a strategic generosity movement in Romania and become a source of inspiration to business leaders looking to merge faith and work. Additionally, he serves on multiple boards promoting generosity in Europe.
Prior to his work in Romania, Emanuel owned a construction company in Dallas TX, where he also invested in real estate. It is this experience, coupled with his passion for technology, innovation, and product design, which have formed the foundations of his work today.
Emanuel and his wife Bianca live in Cluj, Romania, with their 4 children.
Alongside his role with Generosity Path, Steve is pastor of a Baptist Church in Milton Keynes, England. Just as he enjoys taking the Bible and making its teaching accessible for everyone, Steve has a heart to do the same for the theme of generosity.
Before training as a Minister, Steve worked as Marketing Director of World Vision UK and in leading marketing roles in the drinks industry with Diageo.
Steve has a deep compassion and heart for welcoming and loving refugees and in 2023 he was awarded a prestigious Medal of the Order of the British Empire for the work he and his church have led with refugees.
Steve is married to Natasha and they have 3 children.
Lucy grew up in Nepal amongst some of society’s most marginalised people. These formative years have encouraged her to live out Isaiah 61: ‘binding up the broken-hearted and proclaiming freedom for captives… bestowing on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.’ She has a background in languages and has worked abroad in Belgium and China.
Beyond work she’s really passionate about: domestic violence prevention (having spent the last decade working and volunteering in this field) and also raising awareness of this within churches.
Lucy is based in London and loves making ice cream, swimming in the sea and cooking for friends & family.
Alongside his role as Growth Director at Generosity Path, Mathew is the founder of The Kindness of Strangers, which he and his wife Cathy founded. It’s a growth platform for small churches and non-profits which seeks to help them build sustainability.
Before this, Mathew was global CEO of Alpha which runs the Alpha course and has led global marketing and fundraising for World Vision UK. He has a background in the corporate tech world with Orange where, as Head of Voice, he was sponsored through an MBA.
Mathew and his wife Cathy live in London and have 3 grown up children.
James has predominately worked in and with leadership teams to help them realise their visions. He also has a background in project management, business strategy and funding and has developed and delivered many regeneration projects bringing change to communities and prosperity to areas of deprivation. He has also been a Company Secretary and Trustee to a number of charities, advising on governance, finance and risk management practises.
James is passionate about discipleship, wanting to stand alongside, encourage and coach others to fulfil their calling (whether in the church, workplace or local community) and help them do what matters most.
James lives just outside Norwich, UK, is married to Penny and has 3 boys who are just starting to explore adult life.
Lee previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Generous Giving before joining the staff of Generosity Path in 2015. Lee also serves as the Director of Finance and Strategy at the Maclellan Foundation, which he joined in May 2006. His focus for the Foundation is Europe, Eurasia and the Turkic world.
Prior to working at Maclellan, Lee led the Alliance for Saturation Church Planting, a multi-agency partnership focused on empowering national church planters in Central and Eastern Europe.
Lee and his wife, Brooke, live in Signal Mountain, Tennessee, USA, with their 3 children.
Martine lives in Melbourne, Australia, and has worked with Generosity Path since November 2022.
She has a soft heart that breaks for the needs she sees around her, and she longs to see an outpouring of generosity, spiritual transformation and new-found joy and freedom in Christ across Oceania. She loves the way God works through the Journey of Generosity (JOG) to gently and powerfully bring this change in individuals and entire communities.
Martine has previously worked with faith-based organisations in Australia and South Asia, including as a corporate lawyer in Melbourne, a legal fellow with International Justice Mission in India, 10 years with Tearfund Australia, and 2 years working in evangelism and discipleship ministry in her church.
Married to Andy, Martine has 3 primary-aged daughters and loves cycling, baking and gardening – though not all at the same time!
Javier believes that everyone can contribute to a better world.
Javier graduated as an Industrial Engineer from Universidad de Costa Rica and afterwards got a MA in Public Administration, and a MA in Management.
He’s held different corporate positions in banking and consultancy firms like PwC and ministry roles as a volunteer in his church and a board member of Costa Rican Crown Financial Ministry. He’s worked in Latin America and the Caribbean with Habitat for Humanity, Lifeway and Focus on the Family.
He played a role in founding Finanzas con Propósito in 2004, an organisation focused on teaching financial education in the private and public sector, and has appeared on TV, radio and social media as an author and expert in financial health.
Javier lives in Costa Rica with his wife Cynthia and their two children.
Born in the UK to Jordanian parents, Randa grew up in Amman, Jordan. She became an architect and practiced as an architectural engineer while living there.
She moved to Egypt 22 years ago, joined the BetterLife worship team and has been actively involved in ministering with them. Randa owns and manages Funtastic, a successful child nursery business in New Cairo.
During the past 22 years God has used her skills in various artistic and media projects that are routinely broadcast on satellite channels and widely distributed over social media.
Randa is a youth ministry leader and oversees the core creative group responsible for Vision Communications International’s content targeting youth. She’s a gifted speaker and worship leader.
Randa lives in Cairo with her husband, Maged, and their two sons.
For the past decade, Dusan has facilitated Journeys of Generosity (JOGs), as well as working in European development with TrustBridge Global Foundation.
Dusan previously served in the role of vice-chairman of the European Great Commission Collaboration, an informal network of like-minded Christian givers who want to resource Kingdom work in Europe.
From 2004-2024 Dusan was a country leader for Josiah Venture in the Czech Republic, a youth ministry seeking to equip young leaders to fulfil Christ’s commission through the local church.
Before receiving the calling to the Christian non-profit world, Dusan worked for T-Mobile in Prague, Czech Republic. He holds a MA from the University of Economics in Prague and a diploma in Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.
Dusan was born in the eastern part of the Czech Republic – Moravia – where he currently lives with his wife, Dana, and their two daughters.
Bonar leads with a heart for Christian values and Biblical generosity.
With a passion for helping individuals and communities discover the joy of giving, Bonar leads initiatives that encourage people to live generously according to Biblical values and faith in God.
He plays a key role in expanding Generosity Path’s reach across the region, facilitating conversations and Journey of Generosity (JOG) experiences that explore the transformational impact of generosity in both personal lives, church and business spheres.
Bonar’s work is deeply rooted in his own journey of faith, and he seeks to empower others to give in ways that align with their beliefs through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Bonar is an Australian, but currently living in Bandung, Indonesia, with his wife and son where he serves at his local church as the pastor’s husband.
Elvis is a visionary entrepreneur and community leader with a wealth of experience in the automobile and construction sectors. As well as working for Generosity Path, he runs the NGO Village Economic Empowerment.
He’s dedicated to championing sustainable development initiatives and empowering local communities.
A graduate of Daystar University with a Diploma in theology, Elvis also possesses a pre-university course in mathematics and biology from the University of Nairobi.
His career highlights include founding several companies, including Autoscope International, transitioning ownership to his committed long-term employees as part of his belief that God owns everything, and leading innovative projects aimed at socioeconomic empowerment.
He’s passionate about quality education and has participated in international forums on leadership and quality management. Known for his strategic collaboration and resource management skills, Elvis thrives on developing efficient processes and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to enhance community welfare through collaborative giving.
For more than twenty years, our founder Daryl Heald has travelled internationally sharing the message of biblical generosity. From the founding of our mother organisation, Generous Giving, in 2000, through the official launch of Generosity Path in 2017, to present day, Daryl is our biggest cheerleader and champion!
Daryl began his career as a commercial real estate broker in Atlanta, USA, and has worked with families on four continents regarding their philanthropy.
Henry is the founder of Bandwidth Inc. and Faith Driven Entrepreneur. He has and continues to be instrumental in helping to shape our global vision. Henry’s passion for the Gospel motivates us to be more than just a financial discipleship ministry. His influence has pointed us toward the Gospel implications of the generosity message. The Gospel and generosity go hand-in-hand, so our aims are about Gospel transformation rather than simply an increase in giving.
Carl, an entrepreneur, founded Sunstone Group, a holding company with diverse business interests. He serves as the priest warden at All Saints English Church in Singapore, is a board member of the Theological Education Board, and leads the School of Marketplace Ministry & Society for the Anglican Diocese of Singapore. Internationally, Carl chairs TrustBridge Global and is active in the Christian Economic Forum. He holds advanced degrees in theology and strategic leadership, merging scholarly insights with practical experience across business, faith, and non-profits.
